Terms of Service
Allofus · Last updated July 10, 2026
1. What Allofus is
Allofus is a private space for one family: shared to-dos, rituals, meals, moments, posts, and more. By creating an account or joining a family, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and your family
- Adults sign in with their own Apple, Google, or email account. One account belongs to one person.
- Children join only through a parent or guardian: an adult in the family adds them, sets their passcode, and consents to their participation. Kids never sign up on their own.
- The family admin manages who is in the family and what each member can see and do.
3. Your content
Everything your family adds — posts, photos, lists, notes — belongs to your family. It is visible only inside your family space, never to other families or the public. Private notes are visible only to the member who wrote them. Don't use Allofus to store or share anything unlawful, and be kind: this is a space you share with your kids.
4. Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your sign-in and removes you from the family. If you are the last member, the family space and its content are deleted with you. Deletion cannot be undone.
5. Subscriptions
Allofus is free with generous limits. If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms; prices are always shown before you buy, and you can cancel any time in your App Store settings.
6. Our promises and limits
We work hard to keep Allofus reliable and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
7. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
